Ward Davis - Principal

Ward Davis

Principal

Ward Davis is a founding partner of High Street Real Estate & Development, a real estate company focused on urban and New Urban properties in vibrant, growing cities and towns.

Before co-founding High Street, Ward served as Chief Executive Officer of The Village at Hendrix, a 112-acre traditional neighborhood development in Conway, Arkansas that has become a nationally recognized example of New Urban community design. Earlier in his career, he led the acquisitions team for Medical Properties Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), and worked as a corporate finance investment banker with Stephens Inc.

Ward has also served as President of the National Town Builders Association, a national organization representing leading developers committed to economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable neighborhoods and town centers. He holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College, a General Course Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Jason Keathley - Principal

Jason Keathley

Principal

Jason Keathley is a partner in High Street Real Estate & Development, bringing more than 25 years of construction management experience to the firm.

Prior to joining High Street, Jason was Co-founder and Vice President of C.R. Crawford Construction, where he was instrumental in growing the company into one of the most successful and respected construction companies in Northwest Arkansas and beyond during his 17-year tenure. He helped lead the company to annual revenues exceeding $200 million while overseeing the pre-construction and estimating departments.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med Biology from Arkansas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Early in his career, he worked on several of the largest hospitality projects in the United States, including the 998-room Westin Diplomat Hotel and Convention Center in Hollywood, Florida, and the Gaylord Opryland project in Grapevine, Texas.

Anthony Catania - Director of Design

Anthony Catania

Director of Design

A licensed architect and urban designer with a Master of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, Anthony brings a deep respect for historic precedent and traditional building types, as well as a commitment to the design of urban environments that are walkable, vibrant, and economically productive. His work reinforces identity, character, and design principles that produce authentic and lasting places.

Ken Earnest -  Director of Commercial Construction

Director of Commercial Construction

With more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, Ken brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale projects and navigating complex challenges. Before joining High Street, he served as a General Superintendent, where he honed his ability to coordinate diverse teams and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. His deep knowledge of construction processes, steady leadership, and commitment to excellence help ensure that High Street’s projects are delivered efficiently and built to endure.

Mike Hathorne - Director of Pre-Development

Director of Pre-Development

An urban planner, author, and educator with a Master’s degree in Environmental and Urban Planning from Arizona State University, Mike specializes in community design, land use policy, and housing market trends shaped by demographic change. He aligns design intent, market realities, and entitlement strategy – ensuring thoughtful, walkable, mixed-use communities are not only inspiring, but financeable, buildable, and positioned for long-term success.

Randy Meier - Chief Financial Officer

Randy Meier

Chief Financial Officer

With a background spanning financial management, entrepreneurial leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and private investing, Randy brings broad financial and strategic experience to High Street, having joined the company in 2019. A CPA by training, he began his career with a top-tier accounting firm before transitioning into entrepreneurship where he founded, acquired, scaled, and sold multiple businesses. His experience in financial management and corporate strategy helps guide the financial stewardship and long-term growth of High Street’s development projects.

Lori Keathley - Marketing Manager & Event Planner

Lori Keathley

Marketing Manager & Event Planner

With a background spanning healthcare, marketing, and community engagement, Lori brings a relationship-driven approach to marketing and event planning at High Street. She began her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant and later earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, going on to spend 15 years in healthcare marketing and business development building partnerships and leading outreach initiatives. Her experience connecting people, ideas, and organizations helps create engaging events and meaningful experiences that strengthen community around High Street’s developments.

Lauren Smith - Accountant & Office Manager

Lauren Smith

Accountant & Office Manager

Lauren Smith supports the day-to-day financial and administrative operations at High Street. An accounting professional with experience in internal and external audits, financial reporting and analysis, and tax preparation, her background spans a range of industries including financial institutions, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, homeowner associations, and employee benefit plans. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Henderson State University.

Morgan Hooker

In remembrance of our founding Principal who has passed on — a visionary who believed in creating vibrant cities that foster a sense of community and connection. We stand on the shoulders of a creative giant.

Morgan was a true visionary in the world of real estate and development. As a founding partner of High Street Real Estate & Development, he was instrumental in the company’s success and growth over the years. Morgan brought an extensive background in architecture, land planning, development, leasing strategies, and construction to the table. He was a licensed general contractor in several states for over 20 years, working closely with city staff, architects, and planners on a wide range of projects. His commitment to quality and attention to detail were evident in every project he worked on.

In addition to his work with High Street, Morgan was a respected member of several professional organizations, including the Congress for New Urbanism, the National Town Builders Association, and the Urban Land Institute. He was also honored by the American Institute of Architects for his contributions to the field.

Morgan was deeply committed to his community and believed in giving back. He served as a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity and as Chairman of the Developers and Contractors committee for the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. His passion for building and community involvement was evident in everything he did. He was a dreamer of all things good and had a way of making those around him feel valued and appreciated.
